We’re hiring a Junior Director to lead high-quality UGC and product launch video shoots.
You will first assist our current directors and producers to learn our workflow, and then independently handle shoots end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
• Understand existing shoot processes during onboarding.
• Lead the direction and production of UGC and product launch videos.
• Manage medium to large teams on set with clear communication and smooth coordination.
• Handle pre-production essentials: prop lists, shot lists, schedules, and planning.
• Solve on-set challenges quickly and ensure high-quality output.

• Strong organizational and team-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability during high-pressure shoots.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
